EAZEEBOX REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancellations and returns on orders placed through the Eazeebox website and mobile application, operated by Elecroom Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. No Cancellations Once Order is Placed
Orders placed by registered retailers through Eazeebox are considered final and cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted.
• Please ensure all product specifications, quantities, and shipping details are reviewed carefully before confirming an order.
• Eazeebox does not support order modifications or cancellations under any circumstances once an order is confirmed.
2. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept any returns or offer refunds for items ordered through the platform, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect items ordered by the retailer.
• Surplus stock or customer rejection at the retailer's end.
• Minor packaging damage not affecting the functionality of the product.
All sales are considered final unless the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
• If a product is received in a clearly damaged or non-functional condition, the issue must be reported to Eazeebox within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims must be submitted with clear photographs and relevant documentation.
• Such reports will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Eazeebox reserves the right to accept or reject the claim at its sole discretion.
4. Shipping Responsibility
• Retailers are responsible for accepting delivery at the registered address.
• Failure to receive a shipment due to unavailability or refusal may lead to additional delivery charges, which must be borne by the retailer.
